We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist who ensures the performance of a supply chain from order to shipment to billing and customer service.
Identifies and orders the proper quantity, negotiates pricing, and tracks the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfill customer orders.

**What you will do**
- Buy and Manage inventory investment to maximize fill rates and inventory turns.
- KPI development, monitoring, and analysis.
- Design and implement purchasing strategies (e.g.
economic order quantities (EOQ), safety stock levels).
- Assess and manage inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply and place purchase orders as necessary to support the business.
Analyze proposed purchase orders by using applicable information, including forecast, historical demand, stocks, and inventory turns metrics.
- ERP master data setup and maintenance.
- Prepare Operations and Supply Chain analysis reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Management of vendor analysis including vendor performance, optimal pricing, quality, and delivery, etc.
- Cultivate and procure positive and professional vendor relationships.
- Liaise and support cross-functional teams (Vendors, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing and Finance) to ensure the company meets performance targets.
- Play a key role in further development of ERP system functionality.
- Management of customer orders and requirements.
- Assists on daily cycle counts and researching discrepancies.
- Other projects and duties as assigned by to other departments.
**What you will need**
- Experience using SAP or ERP.
- Bachelor s in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- Supply chain and logistics experience.
- Experience with importation and customs brokerage.
- Minimum of two to five years experience in purchasing and inventory management required (in a Medical Device Company preferred).
- Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity
- ERP Systems.
- Ability to get along with diverse personalities and develop strong business relationships with vendors and associates; tactful, mature and flexible.
- Negotiating skills and working knowledge with inventory planning methodologies such as MRP, Kaban, etc.
- Demonstrate a practical understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, JIT, etc.
