Maintaining a 2-3 day SLA per week in loading the sourcing ratio changes and closing out the request. SLA's will be monitored on a weekly basis to make sure we are hitting the target.Your ImpactAs a Supply Chain Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:Material Master ValidationForecast To Sale ValidationUploads Files to IBP System once sourcing ratios are generatedIPUM SystemUpload Current & Strategic Sourcing FilesTrack Errors on Execution log and include in SP Request feedbackReplenishment Planning (RP) Sourcing Ratio Clean up – Main focus is loading sourcing ratios provided by RP to clean up any missing ratios.Daily connects with RP teamAdding any missing data setup related to sourcing ratiosCommunicating any errors related to the sourcing ratio loadsUtilization of sourcing ratio dashboard to help capture what data setup is missing.Material Master Data Validation - Aiding Central & Outside team in managing manual data validation for planning related fields such as MPS/PPDS data points utilized by the Forecast To Sale team.Monitoring the data validation dashboard for Master Production Scheduler.What we are looking for:Fluency in English and SpanishSAP Knowledge is a must, IBPAdvanced Excel skills. must be able to connect Excel and Power BI dashboardsExperience in supply chainExperience leading projectsIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.QualificationsWhat can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role.Learning experiences with internal and external providers.We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others
