In Donaldson, the Supply Chain Supervisor is a key role that is responsible to Monitor manufacturing capacity to align resources to customers' demand.
Principal responsabilities: Assure production scheduling is aligned to customer-requested dates, identify restrictions, and give visibility to MFG, SA, and material planning
Prepare demand vs capacity assessment and present it to staff
Make the production schedules by production line, according to the demand and due dates, keeping the lines balanced.
Get in contact with the customers to negotiate new delivery dates whenever is required.
Review the demand, inventory, and demand from the customers, keeping their inventories according to their target.
Daily, during the production meetings, communicate the performance of the production lines against the schedule to all the departments involved.
Please prepare a finance forecast for earned hours and sales.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration
3 years of experience in similar positions
At least 5 years of experience in SC area
Advance English level
