We're building something better together — and our people are at the heart of it all.**What you will be doing**:- Act as the point of contact for the supply chain team to provide guidance on business process and issue resolution while also ensuring accurate and timely purchasing and delivery of Designtex orders to establish and maintain an effective customer.- Running the business into the day-to-day work and administrative tasks such as coverage, holiday, permission and vacation days.- Good understanding of Designtex's product delivery and purchasing of materials- Accountability of team tasks, projects & capacity; monitoring the workloadto ensure performance and contribute to team success.- Providing training to team members.- Guarantees a positive customer experience by providing frontline guidance.- Provides individual and team guidance to encourage self-directed work teams, as well as work standards are followed and sustained.- Ensure proper communication channels and cascade valuable information to teams.- Provides coaching and manages the process for creation and management of team member's development plans. Coaching for performance (Impact Coaching), personal development and success of the team members.- Foster, monitor and follow up Continuous Improvement Initiatives.- Works closely with the Department Manager in communicating the team needs, team progress, escalation of corrective actions and HR issues.**Who you are**:- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers.- Ability to work in mínimally supervised situations and ability to handle non-standard events.- Ability to develop and recommend new and/or modified operating policies that enhance the customer experience.- Strong interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle multi-problem situations within a limited timeframe.- Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately with no direct supervision
