As a SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEAD, you will coordinates & executes the implementation of continuous improvement and transformational initiatives including localizations across the supply chain to drive improved operational performance.You will report to a Supply Chain & Project Transformational Manager.**Key Responsibilities**- Help to implement the global best practices and std processes in the region- Provide the project leadership necessary to implement the pilot and then the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans.- Provide change management leadership to ensure achieving and sustaining targeted performance levels.- Support the agile transformation of the organization and the use of agile, LSS and project management tools.- Coordinate that New product introductions (developments, transfers) and Build out are correctly handled within the organization.- Use minitab engage and other tools to create Weekly Project Progress Report to inform about the improvement projects that are being developed in the company as well as to capture savings generated by these initiatives.- Lead productivity projects such as AI/ML and other tools.**Qualifications**- BS degree in administration, engineering or equivalent- Certification in Agile and LSS metodologies,- Knowledge in Data Reporting, Micro Soft Office Power tools and Power BI- 3+ years of experience in supply chain areas.- Fluent English.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
