**JOB PURPOSE**:
Support on the ACM Mexico Supply Chain Central team administration

% Accomplishment on Supplier Tooling Audit
Quantity of finding on Audits that involves ACM SCM Central Team closed on time
Quantity of reports shared on time
**JOB DUTIES**:
Responsible for performing work to achieve corporate supply chain performance targets focused on inventory reduction, increased inventory turns ,improved order-to-delivery results and reducing SCM cost.
Main activities are, but not limited to:
- Coordination and management on Tooling at Supplier's facilities
- Coordination in Audits and controls that involves ACM Supply Chain Central Team (ISO, IAAS,etc)
- Reporting and tracking on Invoice Grief
- Tracking and follow up on Project Evolution
- Supply Chain Central team budget administration
Minimal Travel Required (5% - 15% working time)
**POSITION IMPACTS**:
Incumbent supports the achievement of ACM Mexico SCM performance targets, including improvements in Order-to-Delivery metrics, inventory levels / turns, Supply Chain Planning / PFEP, % material on pull, MQ Certification requirements, supply chain assessments for a facility and SCM cost reduction.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Knowledge of standard supply chain systems.
- Must possess strong collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work across functions to perform work deploying supply chain improvements.
- Requires problem-solving skills to solve common problems.
- Must be a strong team player in order to be effective in deploying supply chain improvements as part of a team.
- Must possess understanding of manufacturing and operations standard processes and basic product knowledge.
- Ability to analyze business conditions and situations during deployment needed to minimize disruption to daily requirements.
- CPS Support Team Member Qualified
- CPS Functional Job Role Qualified
- APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification desired
- College or university degree related to Supply Chain, or equivalent experience, is required.
**BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible supply chain job experience required
- 6 Sigma project experience and Manufacturing Engineering experience highly desired.
- Experience with the CPS RIW and Value Stream Transformation process highly desired
- A background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management and/or Logistics is desired.
