You will be the primary contact for resolving operational problems within an enterprise network environment, while assuring the highest level of customer support and system reliability._**:**Supply Escalation Manager**Manages and solves alerted critical supply situations with supplier involvement**Your tasks**:- Prepare and moderate escalation meetings, incl. PDCA tracking and follow up.- Steer and monitor flow of information for escalation events.- Develop and track part files in close collaboration to plants, Country VCM and Category Management.- Manage tasks between Category Management and VCM functions.- Develop solution concepts with internal and external stakeholders in crisis events.- Allocate parts between and for LEONI plants according to urgency, based on information from Country VCM and CDM (e.G. coverage files, line down dates etc.).- Escalate to higher levels inside LEONI if required (e. g. Head of Category, Head of Supply Escalation Management).- Regular updates and information exchange inside LEONI with all stakeholders in COO and CSO area (but not limited to).- Regular reporting to all stakeholders (current status, changes, etc.) inkl.
