**As our next Supply Line Maintenance Superintendent, you will ensure the performance and functionality of machines used in Supply Line (SL) production.
**
**_Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: _**
- Check the performance of all the machines under the responsibility of his/her area, analysing the results compared with the expected performances
- Ensure the functionality of the machines, tools and production lines.
- Provide to supervisor all the information of activities performed for future analysis and KPI calculation
- Support the production technicians and operators in their activities (e.g.
machine operators in TPM ) and other departments in manufacturing area during the implementation of new investments or new processes.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities.
**SL Maintenance team leaders / supervisors have the following additional responsibilities**:
- Organize the analysis requested during troubleshooting on the machines
- Buy the spare parts and the tools requested in the maintenance area as defined by the Factory Maintenance Manager
- Manage the stock and with the target to reduce the costs
- Organize a call out in case of critical situation
- Accountable for the leadership of his/her team
- Responsible for team competence development, employee satisfaction and motivation.
- Setting and monitoring team/individual performance objectives
- Responsible for communication to his/her team.
- Taking care of his/her teams people processes.
**HIRING REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Electromechanical engineering, hydropneumatics, electrical mechanics.
**:
- **Extensive experience with metal-mechanical machinery**:
- **At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, leading teams and people.
**:
- **At least 7 years of experience as a member of the maintenance team (with experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance).
**:
- **Extensive knowledge of business needs derived from production processes.
**:
- **Depth knowledge of maintenance principles and maintenance management systems.
**:
- **Good level of English.
