The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.**Main Responsibilities**:- Schedules and expedites the delivery of purchased materials to support a production plan, including recommendations for premium logistic alternatives when appropriate. Processes suppliers' non-conformances and expedites corrective actions.- Prepares, coordinates and/or delivers team training information to share and build knowledge of new and existing team members.- Supports the supervisor with supplier improvement action plans, focused on improving metrics and process efficiencies.- Develops and maintains documentation relative to training activities.- Represents the Supply Management Planning function on projects requiring Planner support.**What Skills You Need**:- Proficient in SAP- Knowledge in Microsoft Suite of software, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook- Experience in areas of Supply Management such as supplier integration, strategic supply mgt, logistics, or OFP/PDP supply mgt- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed- Self-motivated, and possesses initiative to seek out additional responsibility- Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Previous Supply Management Planning experience- Previous trainer experience- Cross-functional experience in areas of material flow, supplier development, and/or operations
