**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develops, builds and maintains an ongoing relationship with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance; measures the performance of the supplier and defines corrective actions; obtains assistance from other functional representatives such as quality, product engineering, etc.

Leads and/or supports the negotiation of supply agreements with specific suppliers resulting in cost models, an implementation strategy and a documented agreement, ensuring the Company meets its overall goals for Delivery, Quality and Cost.- Collects cost data and prepares supplier cost/industry analyses.
Utilizes and develops continuous improvement in terms of performance and lowest total cost with the supply base utilizing the Achieving Excellence process/criteria and other appropriate supply management tools.

- Implement action plans to minimize material transportation scrap situation.
Lead corrective actions and work with Deere and Company WorldWide Logistics departments
**What Skills You Need**:
- Knowledge of unit processes and operations.
SAP systems
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process, Supply Management,

- Be able to manage complex supply management supply/demand ecosystems.
- Inventory Management
- Primary Knowledge of Core Tools such as PPAPs, PFMEA, APQP for a better team work with our Quality department regarding Return to Vendor processes, Supplier Material Quality Notifications
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; Business Administration and/or equivalent experience
