Supply Manager

_POSITION FUNCTIONS _*- Control and manage the raw material (purchased parts, equipment and tools) using quality and time standards at the lowest cost for customer requirements and the process to be carried out.- Maintain and improve policies and procedures in the area, complying with the internal requirements of the company to ensure that the activities are carried out in the best way.- Manage inventory control of the materials department creating analysis of delivery systems and receipts to forecast the availability of materials to generate, analyze and provide reports of standard manufacturing material.- Lead continuous improvement projects by participating in the development of equipment, product and material substitute specifications to obtain dual material supply options.- Manage the department budget making reports according to costs and market conditions to achieve in the financial goals of the materials area.- Analyze material KPI's reports through specific reports of each material KPI's to identify any deviations and take action.- Develop and train materials personnel identifying and promoting potential talent for succession and business continuity processes.- **REQUIREMENTS **_- Bachelor's degree in Administration or in a related discipline.- Master's degree (Desirable).- Work experience of 6 years.- Management of ERP and MRP systems.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $5,963.00 - $38,512.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas- Turno matutino
