Ing. industrial o afinManejo de personal**Ingles Avanzado (Negocios)****Edad: 28 a 55 años****Sueldo: Negociar en entrevista.**The responsibilities of this position include carry out material planning according to the stock policy stablished by Global Supply Chain, act in the inventory management process with analysis and execution of the Reorder Point, Create Purchases Orders for multiple suppliers in multiple coutries including intercompany, perform critical analyses of inventory level in each storage location (5202 or 5203) requesting transfers between centers when necessary, continuously analyse of the material master and ROP data in SAP, making updates when necessary, responsible for creating shipment in some origens ensuring the full supply of the storage locations at Mexico, compliance, performing daily follow up ensuring assertiviness on receiving dates, as well as follow up with suppliers of critical item, invoice postings in SAP system with apportionment of subsequent debits, items with a batch close of the expiration date, requesting shelf life extetention when necessary, management of ageing inventory moving out materials with more then six month of age.Lead the warehouse team and with the local manager director ensuring the legal legislation and safety conditions.Organize performance meetings and reports with the regional Supply Chain Teams in Americas.In general the Supply Planner needs to ensure that the right level of materials will be available in the shelf and in transit, making sure they will move in the right moment, avoiding shoretages and ageing material.
