You will report to the Dir Director of Supply /Inventory Planning with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.As a Supply/Inventory Planning Manager, you will lead a team of Supply/Inventory Planners across your sites/network globally for finished goods (FG) that we buy from contract manufacturers.. You will support your SBG Dir/Sr Dir of Supply/Inventory Planning to execute the vision and goals for your Supply/Inventory Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve this.You will partner with the SBG and CORP COE and SME's to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of RapidResponse planning tools across your network.You will oversee the monthly planning cycle for these purchased Buy-to-Sell (BTS) finished goods and ensure finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will work closely with the Procurement/Sourcing teams and provide them with a plan that they can use to manage suppliers from vendors/suppliers through the monthly SIOP process.You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals. You will attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Reconciliation and Exec meetings.You will create and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from your resources.
