Come, join us on this journey!****British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Quality Engineer in Monterrey**Serve as a strategic partner to the processing plant, as Quality Engineer in Operations. Person responsible of ensure the correct follow up on action plans that can ensure the improvement of productions quality, based on the consumer and costumer complaints.Coordinate and deliver target KPIS design to ensure the best quality into our products for the US market. Assist with the investigation of any complaint received.**Your key responsibilities will include**:- Actively create, maintain, and update the KPIs CoCos for global monthly report.- Weekly follow up on CoCo & CuCos, to ensure RCAs and action plans with the production team.- Follow up on critical events to ensure, US Compliance documentation.- Support on non-compliance events that can be related to the Supply Chain & Manufacturing.- Follow up to the correct product traceability.- Ensure OpCo's availability of current Product Listing- Support on audit of regulatory processes such as Document Management, Change Control, Consumer Complaints, CAPA and Non-Conformance- Ensure Quality KPIs targets.**What are we looking for?**- Preference experience working on quality background or related field, including knowledge of tobacco manufacturing processes, food, pharma, med device GMP.- Strong aptitude for information systems or similar critical thinking with high attention to detail- Ability to troubleshoot problems via testing and data analysis.- Prioritize and multi-task to meet all reporting deadlines.- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the company.- Proactive, enthusiastic and willingness to learn and develop and develop understanding of cigarette manufacturing process.- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data integrity.- Ability to interpret analytical data, formulate conclusions propose action plans.- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.- Studies: Bachelor Degree- Proficient level of MS Office Applications- Advance English: written and speaking**What we offer you?**- Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives- Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
