You will play a crucial role in driving the optimization of DiDi's Owned Channels and enhancing the overall performance of our driver marketing communication efforts while also developing new channels to expand our reach to our drivers.Role Responsibilities:- Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize engagement with DiDi owned channels, including the DiDi app, contact centers, website and other digital platforms (Youtube, webinars, social media). Continuously analyze and enhance these channels to maximize user engagement.- Utilize DiDi's analytical tools and processes to gather and analyze data related to supply-side marketing communication initiatives. Generate monthly reports and actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve marketing campaigns, targeting, and segmentation within the app.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication strategies for our driver community. Identify key drivers of driver engagement and satisfaction, and develop innovative approaches to improve driver communications.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the performance of Owned Marketing channels.- Regularly monitor metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.- Divide customers into different classes based on common characteristics like demographics or behaviors and personalize the communication approach effectively.- Be responsible for the documentation of all data processes and seek continuous improvements to these processes as appropriateRole Qualifications:- You have between 3-5 years in roles related to digital marketing, CRM management or Social media management roles
