The Program "Supply Trainee" it's a an intensive training plan that seeks to attract the most brilliant and motivated newly graduated engineers by nurturing their talent providing meaningful experiences since the beginning in the Supply (Production) process.Our goal is to find people who can take on challenges since the beginning of their career and those who have the potential to become our future leaders in the field, loving the Supply (Production) process and the frontline work.We accomplish this by putting Supply Trainees in an intensive training program (10 months) before their very first role, where they will obtain information on each aspect of the Supply (Production) Process (Tech Supply, Innovations, Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Environment, Brewery, Packaging, etc) Upon successfully completing the training program, they will assume a middle management position in our productions plants, based on their profiles, interests and results.Minimum requirement:- Supply Lovers, enjoy been in a Production Environment.- Just graduated or maximum 2 years of doing so- Graduated of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Electronics, Electrical, Agronomy, Environmental, and Biotechnology, Natural Sciences (Physical, Chemistry,Math, etc)- Advanced English.- Competition in problem solving- Willing to move to a different place to take their training program and/or first position in our production operationsIdeal Profile:Strong analytics skills.Interest in the supply line (breweries, glass and other factories).Ambitious and autonomous.Easy to adapt and comfortable with ambiguity.Ability to effectively manage several projects at once.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and influence skills.Innovative and strategic.Critical and challenging.
