To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for we are looking for a **Salesforce Commerce Cloud Support Analyst** that will work for one of our major client's e-commerce platforms.
**Your Role**
- Work with the platform technologies and languages, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Diagnosing the source of users' plafform problems and advising clients on possible solutions
- Responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner
- Provides technical support and guidance to resolve users SFCC platform problems
- Performing user administrative tasks, Logging and processing support calls
- Use object-oriented techniques to create reusable, easy to maintain code.
**Your profile**
This a **hybrid position** where your presence will be needed regularly in our customer's offices in Mexico City.
**ENGLISH is mandatory**.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform
- 1+ years of SFRA experience
- Advanced comunication skills
