We are now looking for a Support Coordinator to handle Software Support & valuable Services and Hardware Services.
The Support Coordinator is responsible to handle, configure and administrate tools, performance reporting and to support process management and contract management admin.
In this role you will be the main entry point for all Emergency CSRs and the responsibilities include to perform initial contract validation, set-up communication channels, build the CSR, engage Emergency Recovery Centre, initiate the first emergency notification, assist with remote access, and provide language assistance.
**What you will do**:
- Manage, configure, and coordinate tools and Perform data administration on local level
- Manage performance reporting and assists local CS organization in monitoring of CSR progress
- Handle customer Emergency requests professionally
- Support process management ensuring alignment to Customer Support processes
**You will bring**:
- Good Listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good customer management
Knowledge of customer services practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Good English skills
- Portuguese skills
- Knowledge retention
- Flexibility on being during the day and night shifts
- Process Oriented
