**About this opportunity**:We are now looking for some OSS (Operational Support System) Support Engineers to join our great team located in Queretaro. In this role you'll provide technical service and support to our customers. Also you will fix and solve problems to stabilize customer networks. You will configure and troubleshoot different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.The OSS Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, Research & Development, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.In this opportunity you'll be able to develop new skills and learn continuously about our newest products and technology in our Global Company as Ericsson has presence within the World! Also you can enjoy working from home with our #LI-Hybrid work model!**What you will do**:- Troubleshoot Customer's Network problems- Fault Detection & Isolation capability- Provide attention for emergencies (on call/ROTA)- Interact with global customers- Learn about Ericsson's & Industry newest products/solutions**You will bring**:**Key Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree on engineering related to telecommunications- Min years of experience: 2 years- Proficiency in English & Spanish (Conversational/Written and Technical)- Experience with Shell and SQL scripting- Experience as **System Administrator** in Linux/VMware environments**It would be a plus if you have**:- Knowledge of Virtual Machines/Dockers-Kubernetes- Knowledge of NAS, SAN concepts (Time controllers)- Databases experience/knowledge (for example: Versant, Postgress, MySQL)**Why join Ericsson?**:At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
