REQUIREMENTS: 6+ years of extensive experience in handling Java/SpringBoot/Webservices based applications with object-oriented analysis and design, Splunk Dashboard creation, AWS/Azure deployments, AppDynamics.
Skills & Qualifications: Typically requires field sales experience in areas of TAC (Technical Assistance Centers), NOC (Network Operation Centers), SOC (Security Operation Centers), GSC (Global Service Center) with a networking/security company. Understanding of TCP/IP.
Job Duties: Troubleshooting on the full range of Fortinet products.Collection, analysis, and change recommendations of configuration information.Collection and analysis of customer network information.Collection and initial analysis of packet trace.As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone.
The selected candidates will also be providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on various customer situations and escalated issues.
Preferred Qualifications: This position is for a Technical Support Professional with a functional background in Financials. Candidates should have a good understanding of Oracle EBS or other ERP Financial Software knowledge.
