Purpose Statement: Ensure the company staff is qualified and trained to perform assigned duties with quality, as well as support their development for the fulfillment of overall objectives

Key Job Accountabilities:

- Instill, and maintain technical training content standards across the organization.
- Lead and manage the strategy for Operations' technical training metrics development, reporting, and communication.
- Lead roadmap and projects as they relate to the annual strategic plan of the training solutions and content development functional area.
- Lead, develop, and evaluate organizational staff within the technical training development functional area while managing individual workloads.
- Maintain the process to ensure technical training programs meet the requirements of the functional area, established standards, and business objectives.
- Accountable to execute on Plexus' Best People strategy, leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Additional Accountabilities:

- Ensure compliance with induction program to newly incorporated staff and their adaptation process in the company.
- Monitor training metrics.
- Ensure compliance with the implementation of training needs detection.
- Develop plans and training program that will help accomplish objectives and meet metrics.
- Review and approve the training matrix.
- Develop SME and prepare Trainers.
- Ensure compliance with Performance evaluation policies and monitor the fulfillment with dates set.
- Develop support materials for training.
- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Business Administration or Human Resources degree is preferred.
- Five (5) years of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of equivalent industry experience is preferred.
- Standards for certifications, legal knowledge in the area

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
