**ACTIVITIES**:
- Update and monitoring of MX/US Import and Exports information for the sites of the Border Region needed by the Operations Team
- Works with the IT Analyst ensuring Annex 24 is updated for the Operations team to elaborate the documents necessary for the Border crossing process
- Manages and processes the Mexican Tax IDs' certifications through the ADM Mexico Compliance Matrix. Works with the IT Analyst to ensure are updated in the Annex 24 software
- CTPAT and OEA compliance for the Border Region, Manage and processes CTPAT and OEA certifications, ensuring the compliance of the Operations teams. Manages and updates ADM ITC & Corporate Security programs Matrix. Overviews ITAR and EAR compliance for the Border Region
- Manages Import-Export Procedures are updated and according to Mexico and US's Customs Laws and TE standards
- Self Assessment the Border Region
- International FTA Compliance of the Border Region sites through Management of FTA software of GTS
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of authorization processes. Improve the quality and accuracy of authorizations-related metrics and logging/recordkeeping practices
- Harmonize TE authorizations-related operations.
- Attends internal and external import/export training conferences and seminars and participate in trade groups/councils related to import/export compliance and global trade.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge in IMMEX, CIVA, international trade agreements, Customs classifications (Mexico-US), promotion programs.
- Advanced English
- Experience with audits (performing and attending them - SAT).- Attention to detail, time management, team player, easy to communicate, initiative.
