TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
- Education: Engineering related.
- At least 5 years of experience as Production Supervisor.
- Desirable experience in Manufacturing industry.
- English desirable but not mandatory
- SAP (High desirable)
**General Activities**:
- Oversee manufacturing and shipping processes and procedures in the factory production operations.
- Evaluate each station in the production process to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Enforce all safety policies on the production floor.
- Create and oversee employee training to increase production, improve safe operations, and ensure profitability.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy prior to shipment.
- Maintain communication between management and employees to ensure necessary policies are understood and followed.
- Ensure that the flow of resources such as raw materials is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to the daily production schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all training schedules, update and maintain the training program.
- Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing function to ensure the most effective performance of assets.
- Be escalated production employees for work stoppages - provide immediate direction and leadership.
- Have a visible presence in manufacturing areas.
- Respond to daily transfers to keep the production floor running smoothly.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend shifts when necessary to meet production commitments.
- Start and close production batches and work orders as needed.
- Maintain ISO compliant manufacturing records.
- Provide adequate leadership and resources to support site quality systems.
- Generate daily production and performance reports.
- Maintain production spreadsheets to allow batch tracking.
