This position will be overseeing, executing, and facilitating the implementation of all F&EM sustainability framework's projects and initiatives related, in collaboration with the operational leadership team and all the business' sites, areas' directors and managers, and supply chain related staff.
This function will always be in alignment with Orbia's sustainability strategy and model, ESG's indicators, and corporate global commitments and goals, since one of the main roles of the Sustainability Director is to be the main focal point between Orbia's Sustainability Corporate team and the F&EM's sites and leaders.Main ResponsibilitiesLeading and implementing F&EM's Sustainability & CSR Four-Pillars Framework: 1) Community Engagement 2) "Sustainable Operations", 3) "Sustainable Solutions" & 4) "ESG Disclosure".Aligning F&EM's and Orbia's Sustainability models and strategies, with a special focus on sustainable corporate goals and commitments.Use and compliance of several databases and platforms for the registration of KPIs (ODISEO, SharePoint, etc.
)Presentations design and preparation to report progress of Sustainability projects and KPIs, to leadership team & coordination of F&EMs Sustainability Updates Cadence Meetings with site's operational leaders
