**Some of Your Responsibilities Are**:- Sustainability Assessments: Coordinating and conducting sustainability assessments.- Reporting: Writing reports and ensuring quality control of outputs.- Engagement: Engaging with local program participants and third-party account managers.- Technical Support: Acting as the technical point of contact.- Onboarding: Training and supporting new participants.- Commercial Support: Providing commercial support to the program partner.- Participant Support: Assisting program participants with sustainability challenges.
**What You Will Bring**:- Inquisitive / Questioning mindset: You are curious and always seeking to understand and improve.- Practical Application Skills: Ability to translate concepts into practical, actionable steps.- Language Proficiency: Fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken.- Self-Motivation: You can work independently and manage your own time effectively.- Remote Management: Comfortable with being remotely managed.- Travel Ability: Willingness and ability to travel extensively and spend time away from home.- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite.
**Beneficial Attributes**:- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.- SA8000 Social Audit or equivalent experience.- Auditing experience in agricultural commodities, ISO, or social audit programs.- Experience in agricultural commodity processing or agronomy.- Significant commercial awareness.- Experience in implementing sustainability or social programs.
