We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sustainable Procurement Manager to join our procurement team and drive excellence in our indirect procurement processes.JOB SUMMARYThe Sustainable Procurement Consultant works in Sustainable Procurement department, part of the Global Procurement function.
This team manages suppliers for both internal operations and global service delivery.
The department implements Sustainable Procurement strategy across corporate and client-specific supply chains, promoting sustainable practices among suppliers.
This role involves acquiring, compiling, and reviewing data for supply chain reporting, requiring strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The focus is on ensuring accurate and consistent supplier sustainability information and sharing CBRE's Sustainable Procurement programs with stakeholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplement CBRE's Sustainable Procurement programs across functions, segments, and geographies in collaboration with Indirect Procurement, client-dedicated Procurement, and Sustainability Solutions roles.Engage internal and external stakeholders to acquire supply chain sustainability Key Performance Indicators from suppliers.Ensure timely supplier information reporting, including overseeing third-party data handling.Design and manage campaigns for supplier responses to ESG data requests, such as sustainability assessments and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting.Improve processes with stakeholders to refine documentation and sustainability data for supplier collaboration.Design responses to information requests from internal stakeholders contributing to Client RFPs and providing consistent messaging about Sustainable Procurement capabilities.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient processes.
Monitor supplier ESG data and business metrics, recommending and implementing improvements.Coordinate data collection, build relationships across stakeholder groups, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in global supply chains.
Equivalent experience and education considered.Strong written and verbal English communication skills, sensitive to non-native speakers.Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contracting, and supply chain principles
