Your Mission: As our Sustaining Engineer, based in Mexicali and reporting to the Sustaining Manager, your role will apply scientific/technical knowledge in the design, development, and implementation of engineering models, tools, and/or processes. Responsible for planning and directing engineering programs/projects, setting priorities, and allocating resources, and making necessary decisions on day-to-day operating matters. This role is responsible for cross-discipline activities and cannot be assigned to a specific engineering specialty.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change: Learns to use basic scientific or engineering concepts within a designated functional area.Develops knowledge in processes and procedures specific to job function, e.g. process/equipment qualification and development PCR, FMEA, DOE, SPC, runcards, EPR, Tool Lockdown, PV system design and construction.Ability to perform assignments under regular supervision.Seeks guidance, as necessary, from more experienced personnel.Applies well-understood solutions and technologies to solve problems within project scope and constraints.Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference Essential for your Success: B.S.
