The role:
- Regional leader responsible for the SW&C commercial team of the SMB segment and non-focus customers.
- General management responsibilities include budget planning, staffing and payroll, general HR, forecasting, commercial review, and sales management.
- Management of all Client escalations.
This includes in-person face-face client engagement if required.
- Supports the team to grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships with an emphasis on a defined list of assigned accounts.
- Oversees quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests.
- **Key knowledge**: Operational policies and procedures; customer service and sales probing techniques; and developing and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- **Core activities**:Analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for improvement; research and solve complex multi-faceted problems; work independently and show initiative; maintain a positive attitude; handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines; adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment; lead and mentor by example; maintain and promote good client relations, maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Main skills**: Relationship building; verbal and written communication; problem-solving; researching customer and product information; planning, scheduling, and organizing work; multitasking; and time management.
What we need to see from you:
- +5 years of commercial experience in high-tech or service-related industries, preferably software sales and software licensing experience
- +1 year experience in a leadership position
- Full English proficiency
- High level of knowledge of internal organization working and Information Technology trends
- Provides leadership and licensing knowledge to customers, and maintain an appropriate presence in the software industry community.
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Highly motivated, results-oriented with strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multi-tasking, and time management
- Solid problem-solving and consultative skills
