**About this opportunity**:In this role you will actively secure the operational performance of analyzing, control management and delivering license SW of Ericsson equipment. The job role participates in identifying business requirements for SW, follows up of defining improvement areas, identifies corrective actions and secures implementation of enhancement strategies to reach or keep desired operational performance. SW License Management primarily will act as 1st line support within Supply org, to secure flow efficiency for direct customer requirements, being handler and advisor during emergency situations in the Networks, everything with good Customer Service orientation and sense of urgency over critical cases.**What you will do**:- You will supply SW and HWAC, including all deliverables (e.G. licenses and keys for both Ericsson and 3PP SW, HWAC, SW on media and SW code). In this responsibility ordering and reporting of 3PP SW is included as well as quality assurance of License handling data.- Prepare the complete supply chain for software deliveries- Give support and guidance in the License Handling Area; including collaborationwith stakeholders, acting as an advisor and working with improvements in the License Handling area**You will bring**:- Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Engineering, service operations, solution management, project management environment, close to the end customers is preferred- Advanced English Proficiency is required.- Intermediate Excel and higher (Graphs, Formulas, Dynamic Tables, Macros)- Sense of urgency- **Availability for Shift Rotation each month, and weekend guards (Sunday and Saturday roles)- Experience on handling teams,**Why join Ericsson?**:At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
