**Role - System Center Operations Manager Customer Engineer****Location - Guadalajara, Mexico****Mode - onsite****Salary - open****No of positions - 13**Roles and Responsibilities:Assess client needs: As a System Center Operations Manager Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients and recommending SCOM-based solutions that meet their business needs.Design solutions: You will design SCOM-based solutions, including infrastructure monitoring, alerting, reporting, and automation.Implement solutions: You will Implement SCOM-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Provide technical support: You will provide technical support for SCOM-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.Manage projects: You will manage SCOM-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.Train clients: You will train clients on the use of SCOM-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.Stay up-to-date: You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to SCOM-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong knowledge of System Center Operations Manager, including infrastructure monitoring, alerting, reporting, and automation.Experience designing, implementing, and supporting SCOM-based solutions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Project management experience.Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:- 44970, Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
