We make the most of your skills and passion by actively supporting you to see what you can achieve, no matter where you start with us.**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Analyze and support all data needs for Global Contract to Pay systems- Able to work with various data analytics tools from Excel to Power BI/ Salesforce reporting- Able to run manual tests for all system related changes and data requirements- Work as a key contact for working in Salesforce and manage data interface management with various systems such as SAP, HR and other systems.- Monitor and support the day-to-day contract/grant processing functions including system issue handling, communications and resolution.- Assist with coordination and support to user teams throughout the organization to manage process and system components.- Generate ad hoc reports as needed and system data searches for internal customers- Work as a primary responsible agent for user access management- Maintain high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.**Requirements**:**Minimum Specific Requirements**:- Strong ethical, collaborative and influencing skills- Proven knowledge of Data Management, technical interface management, system administration, and quality assurance/control- Knowledge of Salesforce Reporting, PowerBI and Excel- Manual Testing and test data management skills- Strong English Skills**Preferred Background**:- Global / cross-cultural experience- Experience in MicroStrategy- Pharma Experience- Salesforce Development Experience
