This is a fast-paced customer-centric organization that will adapt to changing market demands to serve customer needs. Our CSP solutions can be designed, manufactured, tested, serviced, and deployed worldwide using only Lenovo teams and without any other JDM support required at any stage of the product lifecycle.Location: This position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.What You'll DoParticipate in the testing and validation of storage subsystems, including SSD, NVMe, SATA, and SAS devices.Develop test plans and strategies to evaluate the performance, reliability, and scalability of storage systems.Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues.Engage with vendors to evaluate and integrate third-party storage solutions.Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality.Contribute to the development of automation tools for storage system testing.Document best practices and lessons learned to improve product quality and test efficiency.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.6+ years of experience in storage engineering or a related field.Proficiency in storage protocols like iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NVMe, and RAID configurations.Solid understanding of storage system configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.Experience with enterprise storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and related technologies.Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems, with the ability to work in command-line environments.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly.Experience with automation and scripting for testing (Bash, Python, Shell, or PowerShell preferred).Preferred Qualifications:A Master's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering is a plus.Experience with oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, host bus adapters, meters, and other test equipment to debug HW/SW/FW issues.Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and hybrid storage architectures
