**Job Description:
- **
**EUC Support engineer role**: Perform customer services related to equipment and systems, products by troubleshooting & resolving problems, interfacing with vendors for in-warranty returns, installing software. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems, which includes the setup of workstations and the installation and configuration of software and hardware. Work on various compliance activities, project work in EUC scope. Should be a good team player.
**Key Roles and responsibilities**
- End user support on Windows Win7 / Win 10 (Proficient) / Mac OS
- Setup of new Desktop / Laptop for users (Windows Installations /Profile configurations)
- Troubleshooting & coordinating with the respective vendors on hardware related issues.
- Installing and troubleshooting printers and coordinating with vendor for hardware issue.
- Providing support to remote users using remote desktop tools
- Providing support for video conferencing, VC equipment's.
- Monitor the relevant queues and work on tickets (ServiceNow) assigned or assign tickets to self and work
- Keeping track of assigned tickets and close / resolve them within SLA.
- Installations of the Windows in the new laptops /Desktops and replicating configurations from old machine. Microsoft SCCM OS Deployment
- Troubleshoot software related issues.
- Working on the compliance piece, Bit locker, antivirus, SCCM. Maintaining the data for assigned compliance, project activities in EUC support.
- Coordinating with various offshore teams, H&F support for Wintel, Network Towers.
- Fundamental knowledge of VOIP, Conference Meeting Rooms Administration, Projectors etc.
- Knowledge of Office 365/OneDrive for business/Skype for Business Client,Basic Network and Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
