**System Engineer Lead**Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MexicoThis full-time position is indefinite in duration, with the opportunity of professional growth and additional opportunities within our organization.**Duties**:- Coordinate and oversee systems engineering for a client, managing a small team of engineers.- Investigate product problems, understand causal mechanisms, recommend appropriate action, own problem resolution, and document results.- Ensure compliance with SSLM and ALM processes and tools.- Collaborate with technical managers, project leaders, other product and manufacturing engineers, and supplier partners to deliver information and recommendations that lead to quality product decisions.- Executing technical processes such as ESW, iDFMEA, FIRG while using tools such as 7-step problem solving, design review checklist, and other specialized tools required to support the processes and enable high-quality decision-making.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in engineering or a related field- Fluent in English and preferably Spanish- Demonstrated experience in system engineering and project management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to lead and manage a small team of engineers.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Knowledge of system engineering processes and tools, including Systems Thinking, System Requirements Engineering, System Capability Engineering, Product Interface Management and Integration, Product Problem Solving, Cross-Functional Design Integration, Product Failure Mode Avoidance, and Decision Quality.**Why work for Productive Resources?**Productive Resources is a full-service engineering firm with over two decades of experience serving leading global clients.
