**YOUR TASKS**
- Analyze customer requirements.
- Carry out tasks within the framework of the configuration management.
- Closely collaborate with other domains (System, Software, Hardware, Testing) towards the project objectives.
Defining system architectures.
- System design that adheres to Automotive SPICE process.
- Writing system specifications based on internal, customer and legal requirements.
- Participating in decisions regarding technical and technological solutions for our products.
- Technical interface to the customers.
- Provide mentorship and direction for the team of engineering professionals.
- Participate in technical discussions with the project technical team.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering.
- Experience professional system design.
- Either system engineering experience or software/hardware/mechatronics background.
- Experience in requirements analysis and management tools.
- Configuration and change management.
- Strategically focused, impact oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.
- Proactive & self-driven individual, results orientated with a growth attitude and strong dedication.
- Good communications and presentation skills, assertiveness, and the ability to take discussions and open issues to closure by working with local and global teams.
- Experience in Radar Systems or ADAS.
- Customer interface experience.
- Good English language skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge in Automotive development based on V-Model process (Automotive SPICE).
- Engineering requirement management tools such as DOORS.
