Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:The System Project Leader acts as the technical counterpart to the Project Manager and is responsible to coordinate cross functional engineering teams to achieve the project goals during all the project life cycle.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate a cross-functional team (Mechanical, EE-Hardware and Software) for electric power steering (EPS) systems.- Manage automotive project requirements to be implemented on time, on cost and within specifications and make sure the technical team understands and fulfills the customer requirements.- Responsible for risk management and support the Project Manager, including managing technical issues within the project scope.- Assess and plan the technical requirements and estimate the effort in the scope of the project.- Establish, cultivate and maintain a positive customer relationship as a key technical contact for system technical topics on customer project(s).- Responsible for the creation of system releases within the scope of the project (e.G. Level Releases, Quality gates )**Qualifications**:**Required Qualifications**- 3+ years of experience in technical project management of automotive product development (lifecycle automotive industry experience).- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field (Mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, industrial & systems engineering or equivalent).- Experience with vehicle and system testing and release procedures in automotive or related industry.- Team oriented, strong coordination skills and ability to work with team members of other locations, disciplines or departments.- Strong oral and written communication skills (analysis and decision making) in a multi-cultural environment. Persuasiveness and ability to motivate.
