**Job Listing Detail****Quality System Coordinator **for operations in STR Ramos I (Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila)Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.As a Quality System Coordinator, you will be responsible for the Management of control of documents referring to the quality system of the plant, maintaining levels, reviews and controlling each procedure of the plant, implementation, dissemination, Aud, standards of excellence, Aud internal to the quality system (client / corporate) and will also be the representative before the management of the plant in relation to the implementation of documented systems and quality management.YOUR TASK WILL BE- Document control (HIT, IT, Procedures, System checklist, Audits).- Follow-up of corrective actions of ISO TS 3 Internal Audits.- Participation in audits prior to internal-external audits to System- Monitoring and Release of Procedures, Documents required by the Quality System 4.1 Coordination and Presentation of PPAP to customer.- Delivery and Registration of controlled copies of the documentation of the Quality Department- Prepare reports of the Corporate Quality System- Monitoring, Updating and Releasing Master Lists- Develop Internal Audit Monitoring Matrix, Lear Systems) 9.
Participation as ISO TS16949 Internal Auditor, (once trained).- Monitoring and Release of Procedures.- Dissemination of the different Quality Systems to be implemented and the assets.- Follow-up in the implementation of Cooperative and Client System.- Responsible for the daily review of the GQTS and SQTA System (customer complaint).- Immediately inform the Quality Manager if there is a written complaint.- Print daily evidence of system verification and update folder.- Update LQTS systems with defect information.- Update the LQTS system with defect information at the end of the month (top 3).- MOS update quality at the end of month.- Update written complaint chart when applicable.- Update corrective actions folder when applying.- Provide support to quality managers and engineers in activities that require support.- ISO - TS16949, develop activities for audits.- Has the authority to stop the line in case of non-compliance with customer requirements.- Participate in quality systems.- Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED- Bachelor's degree / Engineering- 6 months of experience in similar position- Teamwork, communication, quality system, knowledge to develop graphics.LI-DNI
