This role will include computer system-level failure analysis, characterization, and qualification of our products.You will be running and configuring diagnostic software, crafting experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, debugging fails, developing custom tools, and communicating data to teams inside Micron.Key Responsibilities:Lead Micron Product Qualifications with Internal TeamsBuild and develop validation strategies for new or existing technologies which may include developing system test methodologies and memory diagnostic toolsDesign and Implement Automation for System Level testingPerform Computer and System Characterization and Failure Analysis (FA)Qualifications:· Experience/Understanding of hardware: X86, ARM, Computer, System, DRAM, Intel, AMD· Experience/Understanding of equipment: Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, motherboard· Experience/Understanding Software: Python, Linux, SQL, C#, Golang· Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or computer engineering· Role level dependent upon candidate skill and experienceWhat sets you apart:· Knowledge in computer system and/or DRAM operation· Self-motivated and hard-working· Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills· Having an innovative approach that is open to improving upon any of our processes or products
