Systems Administrator - It

**SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist System Administrators and Programmers. Provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Account management, file system/permissions troubleshooting. Administers and manages the Windows Active Directory and Windows Server services.
- Document processes and procedures. Develops work knowledge.
- Develop, test, implement and troubleshoot systems infrastructure enhancements. Assists in infrastructure planning and implementation.
- Troubleshoot Operating System problems and performance tuning on multiple platforms
- Performs special projects as directed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Level of Formal Education:An Associate's degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program.
- Area of Study:Computer Science or programming. Hardware, software, networking, system administration
- Years of Experience:Two to three years.
- Type of Experience:Experience in technical support, system administration
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Fluent in Spanish & technical English.
- Other/Preferred:Strong analytical skills, project management, customer service.
