Systems Administrator - It

**SUMMARY****RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist System Administrators and Programmers.
Provide troubleshooting assistance.- Account management, file system/permissions troubleshooting.
Administers and manages the Windows Active Directory and Windows Server services.- Document processes and procedures.
Develops work knowledge.- Develop, test, implement and troubleshoot systems infrastructure enhancements.
Assists in infrastructure planning and implementation.- Troubleshoot Operating System problems and performance tuning on multiple platforms- Performs special projects as directed.
**REQUIREMENTS**- Level of Formal Education:An Associate's degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program.- Area of Study:Computer Science or programming.
Hardware, software, networking, system administration- Years of Experience:Two to three years.- Type of Experience:Experience in technical support, system administration- Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Fluent in Spanish & technical English.- Other/Preferred:Strong analytical skills, project management, customer service.
