Including License Management & Account Management- Knowledge of Day-to-Day Security Best Practices [i.E., Password sharing, 2FA, anit spam, endpoint security]- Demonstrates Understanding of Group Policy.- Circuit Troubleshooting & ISP Engagement; Comfortable with RMA Initiation; Demonstrates understanding of physical networking.- Virtual Desktop Management Using Documented Instructions
