**Preferred Qualifications**
The Change Management team is looking for an organized and outgoing Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to help us grow our support of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure team.
The Change Management team is responsible for ensuring that we have a low-risk change process that meets the needs of both our users and compliance requirements.
**Duties**:
- Helps to determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements
- Examines current business procedures and recommends new ones
- Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
- Recommends controls by identifying problems
- Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business
- Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending change
- Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Be a steward of Change Management across the organization
- Other duties as assigned
**Education**:
- Degree or certificate in Business, Information Technology, or reasonable equivalent/experience
**Preferred Skills**:
- 1+ year of analysis experience
- Data/metric analysis and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile Practices like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Continuous Integration, etc.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Interest or experience with Compliance and Security
- Flexible, resourceful, team player that is able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- IT Service Management experience
