Systems Analyst

**Duties and Responsibilities**- First Line support, hands-on and effective computer support.- Deployment of computer hardware and software as well as peripheral devices.- Desktop and server support.- IT user support by phone and/or on the spot.- Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software including repair and rebuild.- Network administration- Maintain and administer MS exchange servers, Virus Servers and a separate pro-operating software server, as well as user desktop machines in a way that a high degree of quality and reliability is fully ensured.- Conducts training for users as and when required.- Administer user file and network access, Internet connectivity, security, and firewall operations.- Procurement IT equipment as required- Advises company on technology growth issues.- Installation, testing, implementation, and integration of different systems.- Ensure that the server environment is fully secured.- LAN/WAN Support**Dania Inowe****Esmeralda Alejos**+52 (664) 327 50 30Human Resources, Demant Operations Tijuana
