**Location/Division Specific Information**:
The HR Technology Service Support Analyst position is strongly committed to providing internal customer support. This individual will support our internal partners in the Human Resource space.
**Discover Impactful Work**:
As a member of this team, you will make an impact by providing resolution and support to our HR teams! You will partner with different senior members of our organization, gaining knowledge of our HR systems, such as Workday, and creating detailed solutions for the different problematics that arise!
**A Day in the Life**:
- End-user case resolution for our HR System (Workday) through our tiered ticketing system.
- Develop creative and effective technical solutions to resolve business issues and deliver value to internal and external customers for one HRTS Function (TA, Workday Tier 2, LMS, Security)
- Support data conversion activities (mass data loads, EIBs)
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Captures customer requirements.
- Conducts research into systems issues and products as the need arises.
- Performs the audits assigned in a detailed manner.
- Propose process/system improvement.
- Review and correct work instructions documents assigned.
**Keys to Success**:
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Health Informatics is preferred (equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered).
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Experience with system problem solving.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- English proficiency.
- Team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong time management skills. Prioritize their different tasks (Tickets, Audits, Projects, etc).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- They take ownership of their mistakes and are open to feedback.
- Communicates in a concise and professional manner, written and verbally, with different partners.
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, and quick learning.
