The System Analyst (Logistics/Warehouse Management), Mexico has a technical background and experience with SAP warehouse management systems and applications and understands logistics processes in general.
This role is responsible foranalysing business needs, implementing IT concepts, and performing daily operational service activities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Monitor and support logistics IT applications and operations for the Company-owned as well as third-party operated warehouses (3PL).Track and manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop problem solutions.Transfer business requirements into IT concepts and implement those into SAP WM / LES / EWM.Perform optimization and continuous improvement of information systems for logistics and cross-module functionalities using standard SAP tools.Assist with testing activities including, but not limited to, creating test scenarios, cases, and scripts, as well as executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Participate in, manage, and drive US and international IT-related projects.Collaborate with regional and global IT as well as business teams.Continuously refresh and expand your own know-how in the defined area of responsibility.Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent required.Minimum of 3 years of business experience implementing/supporting business solutions using SAP WM-LES or SAP EWM (preferred in the retail or consumer goods industry).Well-funded technical know-how, with a good understanding of business processes in logistics like inbound, put-away, pick, pack, VAS, outbound, inventory management, and transportation systems.Experience in configuring SAP systems for logistics business requirements.Well-versed with integration points between SAP WM/ECC and other modules.Substantial experience with SAP interface technologies like Idoc/ALE, CIF, RFC and able to analyze issues related to XML files, RF devices, labels, and forms in SAP.Familiar with testing in SAP, including but not limited to unit, functional, and integration testing with tools like Azure, Jira.Strong oral and written communication skills in English for daily interactions with diverse teams.Fluency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.Analytical, independent, structured, and careful work attitude.Organizational talent.Assertiveness mindset with the ability to prioritize, manage commitments, and adjust to changing priorities.Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 monthly.Benefits:Robust compensation package above the legal requirements.Flexible office hours.Birthday off.Exclusive employee discounts.Comprehensive wellness programs to promote health & well-being.#J-18808-Ljbffr
