Job Description:
- Forward daily inspections of JUSDA's systems to prevent or solve system malfunctions
- Answers tier 1 calls during high call periods or when systems and computer conflicts arise
- Stay updated on new developments and analyze, review computing technologies used at JUSDA
- Collaborates with vendors to resolve network, software and hardware issues.
- Participates in network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including installation of hardware and software and integration testing.
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems troubleshooting and analysis.
- Deploy and troubleshoot JUSDA proprietary software, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Products and company software packages
- Manage, deploy and maintain settings for MFP Printers across the entire network
- Maintain Wireless connection for entire company including remote offices
- Tier 1 Support for end User hardware issues including faulty equipment like PDA, company Cell Phones and peripherals
- Work Closely with HR to onboard new employees
- Procurement management for all hardware required for operation which include, laptop, desktop computers, warehouse equipment and any hardware that required connection to JUSDA's infrastructure
- Responsible for client Operation System installation, configuration and troubleshooting such as Windows
- Regular inspection of basic IT equipment and handling of problems (eg: equipment inspection in computer room)
Antivirus management: Antivirus server management, client virus pattern update, virus event processing
Pay: $13,800.00 - $13,856.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jalisco 44210, Jalisco, Jalisco: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
