RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Systems Engineer**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey**Function**: Product Engineering**Main Responsibilities**:- Support electrical system design of a sub system or a part of a sub system- Translate higher level objectives / requirements in electrical system requirements- Determine & define electrical system design and operator interface requirements to meet scope, performance, reliability expectations, of the electrical system working with stakeholders.- Describe system diagnostics and architectural integration.- Ensure system requirement, objects, and scope are clearly defined and reviewed with stakeholders.- Organize design reviews for the component and subsystem level.- Determine the sub system user interface requirements- Represent the electrical team in cross functional testing meetings, internal and external suppliers**What Skills You Need**:- Good written and verbal communication skills (English, highly technical conversations daily).- Experience with electronic hardware design and software development- Good ability to communicate both software and systems concepts in a simple way- Knowledge in engineering principles, theory, and practice as well as product knowledge.- Experience with technical drawings, datasheets, schematic diagrams, and component technical spec documents.- Basic knowledge of control, applied to electrical and hydraulic systems.- Experience in enterprise communications, reporting and discussions with stakeholders.- Skill in using company information systems and processes inside and outside the company (e.G., version control, IP, sensitive information, Non-disclosure Agreements)**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Knowledge of Systems Engineering practices and tools.- Understanding of current software architecture and requirements- Knowledge of embedded control software, software development processes and communication protocols (e.G., CAN, I2C, Ethernet, LIN).- Knowledge on version control systems such as GIT.- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and willingness to keep growing skills to contribute to an evolving team- Strong drive by results.- Proactive.**Education**:Minimum B.S. degree in any of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Digital Systems and Robotics, Computer Science or Advanced Engineering Degree.
