You will have the opportunity to experience the Safety topics in a variety of products such as:- Advanced Electronic Brake Systems- Automated Driver Assistance Systems- Active Damping Control Systems- Airbag Controllers**Core Responsibilities**:- Drive/guide, support and monitor the implementation of the FSM conformal development process as required by the project(s).- Lead technical discussions (prepare / present responses) with customers.- Planning and coordinating of all safety related activities in order to provide the safety case.- Creation of the Project Safety Plan as part of the overall project plan.- Planning and coordination of FSM reviews and supporting the outcome.- Development of the Safety Concept strategy with project team.- Analyze complete safety requirements of a system. Define safety requirement at system level.- Support to define System architecture working on safety level of the components.- Creation of safety related topics in the customer Design Interface Agreement (DIA) document.- Support the performance of the safety & reliability analysis (e.G. FMEA's, FTA's).- Support the creation of test cases to verify and validate the safety concept and design.- Responsible for development of new work products, and changes to existing work products.- Contact between two more departments to facilitate and ensure appropriate exchange of knowledge.- Support meetings with cross functional project team, hardware/test team, and customers as needed.**Qualifications**:**Required Qualifications**:- You have completed your studies in Electronics Engineering or similar- 5 years of experience in engineering fields- Experienced with ISO26262.- Familiar with automotive development process.- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.- Able to work in distributed global team environment.- Familiar with Requirements Analysis tools (DOORS or similar).- Language skills: Fluent English necessary.- Willingness to travel (approx. 10% of time) to support projects, internal and external customers.Additional Qualifications- Experience with FMEA methods and tools (such as APIS IQ FMEA).- Software tool experience: MS Office Tools- Understanding of software design process end techniques including the V cycle- SysML, UML- Understanding Vehicle Functional Test Plan features, interfaces and diagnostics.- Understanding of Electrical design process and techniques for analog and digital circuit design; proficient in basic EE test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, signal generator etc.).- Experience on diagnostics (UDS), Vehicle Bus Protocols (CAN, LIN, etc) and tools
