Systems Incident Support Analyst

This leading Commercial Bank is offering an experienced Systems Support Analyst the opportunity to join their small service support team.
Essentially, you will have experience working in a bank and have demonstrable knowledge of Gloss, Intellimatch and CIF.
You will be tasked with taking up incidents and system errors from the bank's users across the globe, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner and that relevant changes are made and future potential incidents are eradicated.
In the wider role, you will take active involvement in systems enhancement and change initiatives to ensure smooth transition and upgrades of operations systems worldwide.
