.**Location**:San Luis de la Paz**Opportunity**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible to keep the ISO 9001 and ISO-17025 certificate.- Coordinate and support external audits.- Responsible for the schedule of the internal audits, and the follow up of the non-conformances under the ISO-9001 and ISO-17025 standards.- Analyze the non-conformances in order to determine the next audit plan, and improve the Quality System management.- Responsible to keep the most updated procedures on the floor, once the supervisor has sent the procedure.- General coordinator of Corrective Actions.- Responsible to give training to new internal auditors, to keep the schedule internal audit on going.- Responsible for keeping the certified personnel in the aesthetic standard.- Support new products engineers in order to meet the quality standards for any new product.- Coordinates the 17025 standard (NOM), which consist of the NOM-009 and NOM-010 for Toilets and Valves, and NOM-005 & NOM-008, for showerheads and flushometers.- Coordinates and give follow up to the IAPMO external audits.- Maintain contact with the Mexican Accreditation Organization.- Coordinate proficiency tests when available.- Participate on the ISO 17025 standard (NOM), as signatory.- Laboratory authorized representative NOM to EMA.- Keep and improve 5 "s" standard, in the ISO 9001 area and NOM Laboratory.- Support and maintenance of database for quality assurance.- Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See the annex).**Skills/Requirements**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:Bachelor Degree in Engineering.EXPERIENCE:Three to four years of related experience in ISO 9001, ISO 17025 & QualityFORMATION:SKILLS:Critical: Abstract Reasoning Ability, Thoroughness, Cautiousness, Self-Structure, Urgency, Aggressiveness, Assertiveness, Ego-Strength, Energy, Idea Orientation.Supporting: Ego-drive, Empathy, External Structure, Gregariousness, Idea Orientation, and Sociability.BehaviorsCritical: Is persistent; confidently expresses ideas and opinions; copes with rejection; recognizes problems, issues and opportunities; gathers and analyzes data; creates new concepts and approaches to solve problems; learns from mistakes; independently sets goals, objectives and priorities; manages multiple tasks and activities; works quickly.Supporting: Persuasively sells ideas to gain support and buy-in; considers others´ points of view with an open mind; follows established policies and procedures**Why Work at Kohler Co.?**Kohler Co.'s mission is to contribute to a higher level of gracious living for those who are touched by our products and services.
